At TBF Thompson we place a high emphasis on the calibre of our staff. All apprentice mechanics go through the DAF Apprenticeship scheme which ensures our high level of workmanship is maintained. The parts and sales staff also continually develop their skills.

As well as looking after our customers, we also want to offer job satisfaction to our staff and this is why we see a low staff turnover and why we are handing out more and more gold watches for long term service.
